Can Xicu Menut is large and full of spots in which to relax and contemplate the beautiful landscapes of the Alt Empordà region.

It has three floors, in the basement you will find a table-tennis table, darts, a place to park your bikes, and a marvellous patio with palm-trees, a well and a barbecue; on the first floor you will find a spacious kitchen fully equipped with fridge, freezer, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, a pantry and a dining-table for 8 persons. There is also a fireplace. The kitchen overlooks an amazing terrace which is fully furnished with views of the Pyrinees. There is also a bathroom with a big shower and on the other side a sitting-room with a library, board games, TV-DVD and WIFI. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms with bedlinen and towels, a bathroom with bath, central heating and a small sitting-room with a fireplace and a sofa, with views of the village of Ventalló.

PRICES 2011-12: in low season 150 € per night (minimum 2 nights); in high season (1 december - 8 january, 5 - 9 April and 20 June - 31 August) the minimum stay is 1 week, and the price per night is 165 €.
